How can I get more mail storage? Contact maple[@]t4a[.]tech, but storage may not be available, so clear your emails regularly.

My emails keep landing in the spam folder... While we've done what we can to ensure mail gets delivered, it isn't 100% guaranteed. Try making sure your emails don't have spammy or clickbait-y content (e.g, all capitalized letters, giveaways). Avoid sending large amounts of emails at once. Avoid using URL shorteners and linking to sketchy websites.

When will you add [feature]? Whenever I have the time. This is a volunteer project, without pay, and currently only me developing, maintaining, administrating, and managing all aspects of this project.

The website is down... Probably doing maintenance or a meteor hit the datacenter. Either way, I'll restore services ASAP.

I forgot my password... If you registered a recovery/backup email address, then use it to reset your password. Otherwise, I can't help you.

Will you read my emails? Unless ordered by a judge with a validated court order, no. Check the Warrant Canary in the Technical section if you're worried about that.

How can I trust you? You can't. Nothing is ever 100% trustworthy, I might be deceiving you, I might plant keyloggers, I might get hacked. If you're able, use PGP encryption on your emails for end-to-end encryption. Otherwise, you will have to accept the risk or choose another provider.
