Tools4All (t4a.tech) provides email services and various miscellaneous tools. This policy applies to all services offered on our platform.

4. Email Content

Emails are automatically scanned solely for:

Active accounts retain all data submitted until deletion. Disabled accounts restricts user access, however retains user data. Deleted accounts permanently erases data.

Response Timeline

We review and respond to valid legal requests within a reasonable timeframe (Typically within 3 business days). Urgent matters (e.g., imminent harm) should be noted in the subject line. If applicable, a valid, court ordered and judge signed document must be provided. Failure to provide may lead to no response.
